By accessing or using SkyieMail services ("Services") provided by Skyie Global Technologies Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Services.
2. Description of Services
SkyieMail is an enterprise email platform providing: • Secure email communication with cryptographic evidence • Digital signatures and timestamping for legal compliance • Audit trails and chain of custody documentation • Evidence export and compliance reporting • Enterprise-grade security and access controls The Services are designed for organisations requiring verifiable, legally defensible email communications.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our Services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account Business accounts must be registered by an authorised representative of the organisation. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to: • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights • Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) • Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices • Transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable • Impersonate any person or entity • Harvest or collect user data without consent We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Data Protection and Privacy

For enterprise customers, we offer Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) upon request to ensure compliance with your data protection obligations.
6. Security and Compliance
Skyie Global Technologies Ltd maintains robust security measures: • Cyber Essentials Certification - demonstrating our commitment to cybersecurity best practices • ICO Registration - registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) • GDPR Compliance - fully compliant with data protection regulations • End-to-end encryption for email communications • Regular security audits and penetration testing • ISO 27001 aligned information security practices We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Skyie Global Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create or upload through the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited licence to process your content as necessary to provide the Services. You may not: • Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code • Remove any proprietary notices or labels • Use our trademarks without prior written consent
8. Service Levels and Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services: • Target uptime: 99.99% for enterprise plans • Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice when required for security Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with specific commitments and remedies are available for enterprise customers under separate agreement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
9. Payment Terms
For paid Services: • Fees are as specified on our pricing page or in your service agreement • Payment is due in advance for the subscription period • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes • We may change fees upon 30 days' notice • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: • The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skyie Global Technologies Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of: • Your use of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Content you transmit through the Services
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the Services: • You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms • We may discontinue the Services with 90 days' notice Upon termination: • Your right to access the Services ceases immediately • We will retain your data for 30 days to allow export • After 30 days, your data will be securely deleted • Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For business customers, we offer alternative dispute resolution through mediation before court proceedings.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. For material changes: • We will provide 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification • Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance • If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
